However, recently, due to business restructuring and the need to optimize the allocation of human resources, we have had to make the difficult decision to re-evaluate and adjust the receptionist position.
Regarding Ding Dong’s identity, we have noticed some confusion and speculation on social media and in internal communications. Here, we would like to make it clear that “Ding Dong” does not refer specifically to a particular receptionist, but rather a nickname or code name created in a specific context, which may be associated with some casual or informal communication, but does not constitute a formal reference to any specific individual.
We understand that this change may have caused distress and upset to the colleagues involved, the company deeply regrets this and has taken a number of steps, including career transition support, internal job referrals and external job opportunities information, to minimize the impact on affected colleagues.
