On behalf of the management of the company, I would like to formally inform you about the recent issue of “Union Close Hostess” (the closing of receptionist jobs by the union) and clarify some misunderstandings regarding the identity of “Ding Dong”.

First of all, we are well aware of the importance of Hostess in the daily operation of the company. With their warm smiles and professional attitude, Hostess has provided timely reception services for every visitor, which is an important window of the company’s image. However, recently, due to business restructuring and the need to optimize the allocation of human resources, we have had to make the difficult decision to re-evaluate and adjust the receptionist position.

Regarding Ding Dong’s identity, we have noticed some confusion and speculation on social media and in internal communications. Here, we would like to make it clear that “Ding Dong” does not refer specifically to a particular receptionist, but rather a nickname or code name created in a specific context, which may be associated with some casual or informal communication, but does not constitute a formal reference to any specific individual.

We understand that this change may have caused distress and upset to the colleagues involved, the company deeply regrets this and has taken a number of steps, including career transition support, internal job referrals and external job opportunities information, to minimize the impact on affected colleagues.

At the same time, we also emphasize that any decision of the company is based on the long-term development and the common interests of all employees, aiming to optimize the allocation of resources, improve operational efficiency, and ensure that the company remains competitive in the increasingly competitive market.
